To help us best serve our clients, we respectfully ask the following:

  • All recipient requests must be submitted from one of our ministry partners (click here if you need to find a partner/sponsor).
  • All recipients must reside within our delivery area (click here to review our delivery area).
  • If the recipient does NOT speak English, you will need to provide a contact to communicate and translate for us.
  • In the Needs description area in the form below, please be as specific as possible.
  • Due to furniture and volunteer constraints, we only make one delivery per client.  If the client needs more than one item, they have the option to take what we have available, or wait for everything they need.  If they choose to wait for all pieces, please be advised it make it may take 2-4 months to fulfill the request.
